Bronstein’s witty and erudite drawings, etchings, performances, sculptures and public art works reimagine the aesthetics and social theatre of pre-20th century architecture and design for our own day.

The etching’s motif is an overflowing sauce tureen in the shape of Chatsworth, considered the earliest Baroque house in England. The tureen is the artist’s invention, but it harks back to The Grand Tour, when elaborate tableware in form of great buildings became a fashionable souvenir.

Bronstein’s etchings are much prized. The edition offers an opportunity to collect a work by a leading British artist who features in the collections of Tate, Pinakothek der Moderne (Munich), Brooklyn Museum and Metropolitan Museum of Art (New York).
